The September 2002 Skippack Ridge Community Association Board of Directors meeting was held at Mike Washington's home.  Attendee's included  Bob Arch, Mike Roynan, Fran Tendall, Bill Turner, Mike Washington and community members Alan Donatelli and Joe Cooney.

Topics addressed included:

• Meeting minutes of the August 2002 meeting were reviewed and approved.

• The final draft to the Community regarding use of "common areas" was reviewed and approved.

• The final draft to the Community regarding "pet waste" was reviewed and approved.

• Issue: Lot 30, Quan and Jessica Nguyen:  One of their trees was damaged in a recent thunderstorm; they would like to know if  their landscapers can take the tree down.

  Resolution:  Skippack Ridge Homeowner’s Association will solicit estimates for the tree removal and make decision as to who should  should remove the tree.  Fran will investigate and the Homeowner’s association will attempt to get a decision to the Nguyen’s by the October board meeting.

   

• Fran spoke to John Genovese about putting stone around the retention basin between lots 11 and 12 to allow for better drainage.

• Addressed large grooves in the dirt around neighborhood properties ~ at this time no action will be taken.

• Call needs to be made to Fieldstone to have Port-a-Potty removed from the entrance area.

• Balance Due on the Homeowner’s Association Liability Policy was received and paid to State Farm.
