Now
that Spring time is just around the corner, many of you are probably
planning to enhance your grounds w/ structures. Please submit
any requests for sheds, fences, satellite dishes, etc. to the Board@SkippackRidge.com.
We all need to respect one another's property and by receiving
approval on any planned enhancements, you'll avoid potential conflicts
w/ the community at large.

Issue:
Lot 30, Quan and Jessica Nguyen:
One of the trees on their adjacent common ground was struck by
lightning and damaged ~ leaving a potentially hazardous situation;
they've asked to have this precarious situation rectified by having
the association pay the nominal fee to prune the damaged tree.
Resolution:
Providence Landscaping has been contacted to correct the damaged tree
issue. Bob Arch is working out the contract and final details.
(DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, THIS ISSUE IS STILL PENDING!)
