Landscaping
Issues:
-
The
landscaper has again missed cutting the grass for the prior
three weeks in the lot behind 849 and 851 Mountaintop Drive.
The field is supposed to be cut on a consistently schedule
with the rest of the community
-
Jim
Klementisz will contact Providence Landscaping
-
Front Entrance:
-
A
suggestion
at the June board meeting suggested looking into the front
entrance lighting should be placed on a timer instead of the
existing photocell. Some
of the board members discussed the option with the neighbors
has based on their input has rejected the suggestion.
It was felt that the photo cells would be safer to
the community at large and cut down on potential vandalism
at the front entrance
-
Additionally
some of the fence railing have become unattached and will
need to be reattached
-
There
has been a problem with wasp in the gazebo area; Bill Turner
and Bob Arch sprayed the area as their final act as board
members
