Jim and Pam
presented information on hiring a property management company to
manage our Skippack Ridge Community Association. Costs to each
homeowner are between $120 -$300 IN ADDITION to our current dues.
The residents who were present at the meeting expressed no interest
in hiring such a company. If anyone has any questions or interest,

A suggestion
was noted about the location of trash bins and recycle containers.
Some residents are keeping these containers in front of their homes
and garages when not in use for trash pick-up days. While there is
nothing in the by-laws that strictly prohibits this, some residents
feel that it takes away from our neighborhood “curb appeal” and the
overall aesthetics of our beautiful neighborhood. Please try to
keep all trash, trash bins, and recycle containers out of plain view
from the street; inside the garage or on the side of the house.

The next Board
meeting will be held on June 7, 2005, at 7 PM, at the home of John
Pritchard, 4440 Mountain Laurel Circle. All Skippack Ridge
residents are welcome to attend.
