Meeting location:  Skippack Township Municipal Building’s Community Room

• Reviewed and accepted last meeting’s minutes.

• John presented an estimated operating budget for residents to review.

• Jim and Pam presented information on hiring a property management company to manage our Skippack Ridge Community Association.  Costs to each homeowner are between $120 -$300 IN ADDITION to our current dues.  The residents who were present at the meeting expressed no interest in hiring such a company.  If anyone has any questions or interest, please e-mail Board@SkippackRidge.com or contact any Board member.

• A suggestion was noted about the location of trash bins and recycle containers.  Some residents are keeping these containers in front of their homes and garages when not in use for trash pick-up days.  While there is nothing in the by-laws that strictly prohibits this, some residents feel that it takes away from our neighborhood “curb appeal” and the overall aesthetics of our beautiful neighborhood.  Please try to keep all trash, trash bins, and recycle containers out of plain view from the street; inside the garage or on the side of the house.

• Voting was held for three new Board members.  Congratulations to Jeannette Goodwin, Thane Tagg, and Bob Older who were elected to serve on the Board of Directors for a two-year term.

• The next Board meeting will be held on June 7, 2005, at 7 PM, at the home of John Pritchard, 4440 Mountain Laurel Circle.  All Skippack Ridge residents are welcome to attend.
