- The last
meeting’s minutes were reviewed and approved.
- Jeannette Goodwin presented a copy
of the 2006 Operating Budget
and community dues report; also noted there are still some
outstanding dues, and so second late notices will be sent.
- Pam Ley gave
an update on new front-entrance spotlights; we received one estimate
and are awaiting two other estimates to remove all faulty landscape
lights and wiring, and to replace with new ones.
- Skippack Ridge
Community Association meeting minutes will only be posted on
www.SkippackRidge.com and no longer distributed by mail; Bob Older
is continuing to research password-access programs for our SR
website for “residents only” viewing, to ensure privacy.
- The Skippack
Ridge annual spring clean-up day and mulching of front entrance
areas/common-area trees was held on April 1, 2006.
Appreciation was noted to Quan Nguyen for all his time and
organization of the mulching effort. Thanks also to all of our
neighbors who helped to clean up or mulch that day. The neighborhood
looks great!
- Albert
McCormack will contact our landscaper to discuss spraying all common
areas for ticks.
- Ballots were
counted for two open positions on the Board; Albert McCormick and
Pam Ley are at the end of their term, and they were thanked for all
their time and dedication to the Skippack Ridge Community
Association.

Congratulations to Larry Giannone and Sheri Thompson
on being elected to the Board.
- The next
meeting will be on Tuesday, June 20, at 7 PM, at Albert
McCormick’s home, 850 Mountaintop Drive. All Skippack Ridge
residents are always welcome to attend.
