The last meeting’s minutes were reviewed and approved.

Treasurer’s update: Jeannette Goodwin was not present
to give update on outstanding home owner’s dues.

The new trees were planted, we need volunteers to
water them, any questions of the placement of the new trees please
contact a board member.

Skippack Ridge Community Association meeting minutes

and no longer distributed by mail.

Tick management was discussed, SEE and Messina were
contacted about an application to the grass, this would be costly.
SEE does offer treatment via feed boxes for rodents (which is the
most effective way); if you are interested please contact Sheri
Thompson for information.

Volunteers are needed for more frequent clean up of
community beds; we are also soliciting quotes from landscapers to
take care of these beds.

The height of fences was discussed, no action taken.

The light at the beginning of the development had to
be replaced.
-
The next meeting will be at Sheri Thompson’s home, 847
Mountaintop Drive, on November 14, at 7 PM. All SR residents are
always welcome to attend.
