Community Association meeting minutes will only be

-
Thank you to those who participated in the last front
entrance cleanup. Since turnout was very low, the board
is considering using community funds to pay a landscaper
to do a quarterly cleanup of the area. Larry will
contact landscapers for quotes. If anyone has a
landscaper to recommend, please contact a board member.
|
- We will request the
landscaper only apply one lime application next year to
the common ground, in the past they have done two, this
is not necessary and will be a cost savings.
|
- Larry will buy
replacement bulbs for the front entrance to avoid the
high cost of the electrician replacing them.
|
- As a reminder there
are no motorized vehicles allowed on the community path.
|
- There have been
hunters spotted on our common ground, the State police
have been notified, please contact the game warden or
the State police if you see someone on our common ground
or parked at the PECO ground. We have been told they are
also accessing our common ground via the tree farm.
|
- The phone number for
the game warden is 610-926-3136.
|
- As a note to the
community there has been a suspicious gray Silverado
spotted driving through our community after dark with a
flash light. Please keep an eye out.
|
- If anyone is
interested in joining the legal action against
Fieldstone for leaking windows please be sure to contact
Todd Rogers at 610-489-4449 by November 21st.
|
- The next meeting will
be at Larry Giannone’s home, 830 Mountaintop Drive, on
February 6, at 7 PM. All SR residents are always welcome
to attend.
|
- Have an item you want
discussed at the next meeting? Please email the Board we
will be happy to add it.
