- The last meeting’s
minutes were reviewed and approved.

Lack of homeowners willing to serve on the board was
discussed. There are currently two of three people
required for the next board. If we cannot get enough
people to volunteer to serve, then a management company
will have to be reconsidered and the home association
fee will have to be increased. The current plan is to
find any additional people willing to serve and then
send out election forms if there are more than 3 total
people.

The lighting at the front entrance has been fixed.

|
- Motorbike safety:
Since there are a number of children in both
Hillendale and Skippack Ridge with electric bikes,
please remember that these are not allowed on the
common area. Also since spring is here and children
are out, remember that the speed limit in the
development is 25 miles per hour. Be extra careful
backing out of driveways and around parked cars.
|
- Please remind your
children not to run/drive/skate into the street
without stopping to check for cars. This can be
especially dangerous at the points where the walking
trails intersect the streets.
|
- No motor vehicles
(e.g. Trucks/ATV’s) are allowed on the path or
common area. This includes resident’s vehicles and
contractors vehicles.
|
- Remember to pickup
after your dog; make sure the dog is not going
through your electric fence. The following is a
summary of the PA state law: “Pennsylvania’s Dog Law
requires owners and keepers to have reasonable
control over their dogs at all times. The law also
requires owners to confine their dogs on their
premises, and restrain their dogs with a collar,
chain, or other device to prevent straying.”
|
- Remember to keep
an eye on your cat and be mindful of your neighbors.
