Wednesday April 16, 2008

Board Members present: Kim Zavasky, Jennifer Roynan, Larry Giannone, Melissa Waltrich, Sheri Thompson

Homeowners present: Fran Tendall, David Marks, Jeanette Goodwin, Joe Cooney, Theresa Giannone, Susan Jablokov

Meeting Location: Larry Giannone’s home

  • Reviewed and approved last meeting’s minutes.
  • Elections were held for 2 new board members. Larry and Sheri have both served 2 years and their term was up. Larry was re-elected and will remain as Treasurer. There was a tie between Jeanette Goodwin and Vicki Gempp for the other position. It was decided to give it to Vicki since Jeanette has already served a term on the board. Vicki will take Sheri’s role as advisor. The other 3 members will stay in their current positions.

  • There is still one outstanding Community Association Fee- contact was made with owners of 821 Mountaintop Drive and they will be receiving notice of additional late fees due.

  • Satiro has been hired as new landscaper. If any homeowner would like their lawn cut, they can pay $35 a cut. The Satiro Group can be reached at TBD.
  • Corkum’s will be called to remove and replace trees at front path (the one that connects Skippack Ridge to Hillendale). It’s still in discussion what to put there, since they have already been replaced more than once. We will speak with new homeowners at 805 Mountaintop Drive to discuss possibility of not replacing tree on that side.
  • Trees behind the Geisel’s home will be removed and walking path will be patched. We will use Satiro for this.
  • Walking trail will be sealcoated and pot holes filled in. We will get several quotes and try to have this completed before next board meeting.
  • There was more concern raised over people speeding through the neighborhood. Please be cautious when driving, especially now that more children will be outside playing.
  • There was discussion about neighbor’s not properly securing their trash on Tuesday evenings. After the last clean-up day there was way too much garbage collected from the tree lines and in shrubs. Please be aware of the weather conditions before putting your trash out for the night.
  • Thanks to everyone who helped with clean-up day!
