Elections: Votes were counted and the new Board members are Carrie Krentz, Quan Nguyen and Todd Rogers. They will be replacing Kim Zavasky, Jennifer Roynan and Melissa Waltrich. A meeting will be held in late May 2009 to discuss specific Board seats and prepare for transition.

Treasurer’s Update: Over half of Skippack Ridge homeowner’s paid their ’09 dues past the due date. 2009 payment from two homeowners has not yet been received. Contact has been made with the homeowners on several occasions and we are working to collect payment by the end of May.

Landscaping Update: ‘Biase’ has started as our new landscaper. They have been mowing every Friday and have mulched the trees in common areas and fertilized. If anyone needs to contact them regarding a problem with service in common areas near or around their home, please contact them directly at 215-721-7678. Additionally, if anyone would like to use their services, they are charging $30 ($35 with fence) per cut.

Light bulbs were replaced at the front entrance by the Board (Larry Gianonne). One light is still out due to a cut wire that was found, and an electrician was contacted to make the repair.

Graterford Update: There has been no update in regards to the Graterford Prison project. David Marks is our Skippack Ridge contact person, and will send out a neighborhood email if there are any upcoming meetings about this topic.
